One time, we had a Tuck group come and had a barbecue outside which is totally not normal for the Lodge: a BBQ on the Leach Field. So we were the ones providing the food and none of us had barbecued chicken before and we ended up serving raw chicken to half the people and they weren’t very happy. Overall though, I would say things went pretty well and we didn’t have any major disasters.
